2009年新年计划

到年底了，一年中很多事情都想不起来了，但是08年初订的计划还是记忆犹新，从而可以感叹这一年过的真快呀。对计划的执行情况没有抱太大的希望，一方面很多指标没有量化，另一个方面很多坚持的东西，在开始一两个月后都停掉了。
一年下来还是觉得年初订个计划是有必要的，前一段时间感觉日子过的很快，也没有觉得有什么值得回忆的里程碑式的事情，接着往前想，年初的计划清晰的出现在脑海里，感觉开始好起来，为自己没有糊涂一年而欣慰。
如果你想看自己以前的计划，最希望它出现在哪里？尘封的日记本？还要从沙发上起来到冰冷的书房去翻箱倒柜。从自己保持的电子文档里？操作系统都折腾几回了，对电子文档的处理也越来越随意了，能否找得到好不一定。blog上还真是一个好地方，平时还并不在你面前晃悠，可需要他的时候，还能快速鲜活的出现在你面前。
记忆中有一段时间想换个写博客的地方，感觉很有必要，而且忙活了一阵，总算换好了，觉得自己可以在自己满意的新家开始新的生活了，结果好像一天也没有住，最后连家在哪里都忘了。最后很容易的回到了自己的老家。嗨，折腾呀。
翻阅一下自己的文章，有时候都怀疑是否是自己写的。感觉几年前的一些想法都比现在的自己的思想深邃多了。很多道理以前都懂，现在倒糊涂了。现在的记忆力真的很差，刚过去几个礼拜的事情都想不起来了，很多的生活的细节，只有到这里来找了。文字留在网上，但主要还是写给自己看的。既然是给自己看的，真实一些也无妨。偶尔有朋友评论一二，也当是一次促膝短谈了。
我这个人在生活中还是比较感性的，思维跳跃，天真浪漫，故而很多事情考虑起来欠缺周全。而当面对文字表达的时候，会条理一些，所以应该多写些。
说这么多权当总结，这也是得益于上年计划的好处，有了比较和感悟的基础。
展望一下09年吧：
1、该做的事还继续做吧，比如继续参悟人生，继续享受亲情的美好，继续享受朋友的友谊，继续领会一些系统的运作，继续享受运动的快乐。
2、如果有机会做些自己喜欢做的事情，就去做吧，不要有太多的顾忌。
3、继续在股海里冲浪，这个系统太复杂了，读不完的著作汗牛充栋；它使得道貌岸然的专家的振振有词形同放屁；它使得商业帝国的缔造者沉入海底。它将社会，人性等方方面面熬在一个锅里，然后变成一个简单的数字，一跟神奇曲线。
4、多总结多记录，少计划。

- 昨天做了一个很奇怪的梦，梦见自己变得很积极很果断：一件事情如果自己做的不满意，不后悔，立刻投入去做下一件事情；一件事情如果做的很满意，也不会很得意，马上开始新的事情。感觉非常的充实，务实。醒来后发现是个梦。但仍然感觉很好。

想起一个同事说过的一句话真是很经典，引用一下：
- 你看一棵树十分钟，它没有任何变化，但众所周知它在生长；看书也是这样，虽然收获不是很明显，但是时间长了人就自然不一样了。

周四和一个老外进行了一个工作上的交流，感觉从容多了，回忆起一年前的和老外交流时满头大汗的样子，感觉真是进步了很多，一年多的功夫没有白费。但是离听说自由的要求，还有很大的差距，要继续努力。

关于坚持
闲散的新年假期结束了。有了充足的时间却不愿意去写blog，背英语。还好俯卧撑每天都在坚持，所以一直以来的脖子后面酸酸的感觉消失了。电脑已经变成了不能分开的伙伴，更多的时间是在和网线那头在黑白的天地里面争夺天下。

今天看了杂乱的书桌的月度总结，就想自己也应该总结一下了。
首先对坚持进行了注视，谈不上关注，只是知道每天要写以一个分类为关于坚持这件事的文章。今后要加强，保持足够的时间。博客确实是写了，不管质量如何，至少把他当成的每天的一件事，如果没有写，睡觉都不踏实。
英语一直在坚持，工作需要的紧迫性超过了英语进步的速度。
先到这里吧，又是写了一半中文打不出了。结果草稿也只保存到这里，太晚了，不想再重写一遍了。

今天终于等到了2007年经济年度人物颁奖节目的直播，一些老面孔，高调展望遥远的未来，广告间隙转换了下频道，正看到艺术人生关于集结号一期的节目，一下子被吸引住了。《集结号》讲的是一个关于坚持的故事，首先人们为一个命令而坚持，然后主人公为了人的尊严而坚持，非常感人。其实能够获得年度人物殊荣的人们背后都有着一个个关于坚持的故事，相信讲出来也会非常感人，但是节目只介绍他们的成就和对未来的展望。我觉得对大多数观众有意义的事情是让大家了解他们如何在逆境中坚持下来，取得今天的成就的，而不是仅仅看到他们今天的成就和对未来的展望。突然想起那个大放卫星的年代，某某公社亩产上万公斤。如果大家包括媒体能够更多的聚焦这些公社如何取得如此成就的，那就不会有后来的灾难了。

坚持有时候表现为一种执行力。“就是一砣屎，你也要给我吃下去。”这句话在信息化项目实施时，面对内部用户的抵触和怠工情绪体现了怎样的一种执行力。以前做实施顾问时总是有一种思维方式：产品好，用户自然愿意用，产品不是很好，实施自然没有底气。现在觉得其实没有最好的产品，“等开发出最好的产品再去做实施”是一种不切实际的想法。只要产品还有价值，只要这种价值满足了管理的基本要求，就应该将它坚持实施下去。

前天没有写博客，昨天也没有，今天早上补一下。博客虽然没有写，但是英语和俯卧撑都在坚持，然而关于坚持的思考却无法追忆，每天产生无数的念头，不久又消失，象潮水一样，剩下的沙还是沙，砾还是砾。

周四的英语对话感觉好了很多，觉得有词可以表达自己。前段的困惑有点消失了，感觉像过了一道坎。因此，我觉得当我们在做一件不是很简单的事情的时候，没有碰到困难是因为没有深入，当我们感觉到困难或者困惑的时候，就是要突破的时候，就是要升级的时候，好像是游戏中在打一个Boss。战胜它，就战胜了自己，进入了一个新的境界。

Children find it is easy to see happiness in the most ordinary situation because they are more in the heart. At times we need to distance the critical mind and take a simpler, childlike view of life.
Control Over Your Thoughts
When we feel like helpless victims【victims of war】 of our own negative thought streams — how can we hope to be happy? To cultivate happiness we need to cultivate positive thoughts. This means stopping negative thoughts and replacing them with good, inspiring thoughts.
Avoiding negative thoughts requires practice. Meditation【he is deep in meditation/she reached her decision only after much meditation】 and concentration exercises can help us control our thoughts. But sometimes the best way to prevent negative thoughts is to concentrate【concentrate our attention on】 on something positive. It’s your own thoughts that take you to heaven or hell【war is hell】, so be very careful with what is allowed into your mind.
Gratitude[express one's gratitude to sb for sth]
If we show no appreciation for others and for life, we create a narcissistic【love self】 outlook. We focus excessively【excessively possession of ball】 on our sense of self and ego. When we offer gratitude for small things in life, it helps us feel a broader identity【the identity of interests/reach identity of views】 and awareness; our consciousness【consciousness of responsibility】 expands and we bring to the fore our own positive qualities.
Gratitude has tremendous【tremendous houses】 power; if it is sincere and heartfelt it makes a big difference to our outlook on life. Gratitude helps bring to the fore a sincerely positive attitude to life.
Active
Happiness is easily found in usefully serving others. Activity doesn’t mean filling up our lives with as many activities as possible — this only leads to a sense of self-importance【自大】 and stress as we struggle to do several things at once. But, if we are calmly active we find a sense of purpose【we should spend our money to good purpose】 in life; this sense of purpose and satisfaction helps cultivate an inner sense of satisfaction.
Physical Exercise
When you take regular physical exercise【体育锻炼】 you will feel many benefits. Firstly, when we look after our body we are less prone to【be less prone to 不至老是】 lethargy 【a surprise military attack roused the nation from its lethargy】and illness. Through developing our fitness we gain an increased sense of self-esteem【自尊】; this is because we are taking active steps for our self- improvement【自我修养】.
Increasing our fitness【fitness centers/fitness equipment】 also enables an increased sense of mental well being; exercise helps rid the mind of many useless thoughts. It is important to have the right attitude to exercise, don’t think of school P.E. lessons in the cold rain; getting fit doesn’t have to be torture 【torture of waiting】— you can easily find a sport or some exercise that is enjoyable and sociable.

三天没有写博客，但是从来没有想过放弃，这也是坚持。在这三天里俯卧撑都坚持做了，不管回来多晚，不管睡觉多晚。写博客必须有电脑，而做俯卧撑不用，这就是俯卧撑能够每天坚持的原因，如果俯卧撑不坚持做了，那肯定是主观上放弃了。

关于坚持
老徐说她是一个拧巴的人，不仅朋友这样评价过，自己有时候也这么觉得。她的拧巴往往是由于美好情感延伸，责任感太强，对惰性的受教育的排斥和劳碌的习惯造成的。每个Team包括工作和生活，都需要一个拧巴的人，逆流而上，避免随波逐流，死气沉沉。拧巴也要有个分寸：既不随波逐流，也不要和命运作无谓的抗争。把握好分寸，拧巴的结果往往是很不错的，但拧巴也有副作用，就是有时候会发懵。因此拧巴是必然的，发懵是偶然的。
拧巴其实是一种进取，一种坚持。和随和是反义词。在个人激励方面我是一个拧巴的人，但是在工作团队中，我却是一个随和的人。在工作团队中一个拧巴的愿望和一个随和的态度很难搭配起来，产生一个期望的结果，因此我应该增加一些拧巴精神。

值得坚持的一定是有价值的事情，有价值的事情只有当长期坚持了，才会有真正的价值。坚持自己先进的ERP实施观念，不要被公司的野路子给带歪。
坚持一次那叫做秀，坚持长久了那叫做人。不仅自己做正确的事情，而且能够影响公司的其他同事的做事观念。
管理就是沟通。沟通就是工作中很有价值的事情，要坚持经常去做。沟通要提前做，提前做的沟通叫计划，工作中的沟通叫推进，工作后的沟通要么叫总结，要么叫抱怨，要么叫推卸责任。

在大家都反对的情况下，A领导说这件事就我来决定吧。做决定似乎是做领导的天职，尽管无比的勇气里面包含着无知。B员工觉得那就这样吧，反正他是领导。C员工退了一步，继续发表着反对意见，这时候A领导说，好吧让我再考虑一下。
坚持意见和保留意见有个时间性问题。不要过早的保留意见，也许你是对的，而且对事情非常重要；不要太长的坚持意见，当决定已经下了并开始执行了，再坚持意见就是一种对抗，于事不利。另外一个话题是：不要将事情推进到执行阶段，再谈判，否则会处于很不利的地步。

从2008年1月1日起，我已经坚持做俯卧撑9天，当前记录20个。
做的时间提前到九点，以便能够早点睡觉。trier的想法真不错，建立俯卧撑项目。不妨扩展一下，建立一个网络奥运会，不去报道什么奥运赛事，而是自己组织奥运会，自己设项目，网友通过网络参与，比如设置俯卧撑项目，设定日期范围比如从2008-2-1到2008-8-1，比赛谁坚持的时间长，谁做的多，将结果上传到网络上，到8-1日，搞个颁奖典礼，前三名除了得到奖品，还要现场表演。
